Alignment Bay County is a local, non-profit collective impact organization focused on aligning community resources to support youth success from birth to career. At the ground level, our three Alignment Teams (A-Teams) respond to needs and issues affecting our youth by creating initiatives to address the concerns.
What are we doing?
The three A-Teams (Early Learning, Elementary & Secondary), focus their efforts to impact the targeted age group. Past initiatives included attendance campaigns, FAFSA completion awareness, teacher appreciation, and literacy improvement.
